Macau Flashpack trip 24 Apr - 26 Apr 2014 Part III

Macau Flashpack trip 24 Apr - 26 Apr 2014 Part III

25 Apr 2014 ~ it was raining plus windy days at Macau. So i had to discard half of my plan. I didn't get to go to Macau Tower. So instead i went back to Largo Do Senado to buy some souvenir for my sisters and friends. Nothing much. Something to remember. After that i went to the Venetian. They said The Venetian in Macau is a bit similar to Venetian in Vegas. So i went to check it out. Beside i never been to Vegas yet. I took a Venetian Shuttle bus just from a corner from my hotel which took about 2 minutes walking. The bus stopped near Master's hotel. Just wait there and you can see Venetian Shuttle bus in bluish purple color. I missed one bus and have to wait for another one for 15 minutes. The bus took you straight to Venetian.

The Venetian is a huge beautiful building It's part of Casino's and part of shopping mall. You can find lots of branded stuff there. i don't really care about that. I just want to see what's inside the building. The beautiful part of the building is where they made a fake skies of the building ceiling. I was amazed to see that. Those Ceiling are beautiful. There are also small canals with gondolas that remind me of Vienna. It was an amazing scenic view in the building.

That is fake skies!

Painting on ceiling. Below is the Casino's

I left Venetian and took a Shuttle bus to City Of Dreams. You can always get free shuttle bus from Venetian. It only took 10 minutes from Venetian to City Of dreams. Actually you can walk there too.

Inside Bus leaving Venetian to City Of Dreams.

Huge wall of Beautiful Mermaid Animation.

Actually the Reason i want to go to City Of Dreams is to watch Dragon Treasure Show. But i arrived late behind schedule. The show already finished by 8:00pm. I would really to to see the Water Dancing show but that beyond my budget :(

City of dreams Hall Way

Not around my budget to see this show. House of dancing water.

So after for about 1/2 an hour strolling inside the building i decide to go back to Grand Lisboa to see the night scene there. So i took a free shuttle bus (underground) of City of Dreams to Sintra Hotel (this location is just beside Grand Lisboa)

Macau at Night. Luminous lights :)

Macau Tower !

Inside Wynn. Mesmerizing Red Colors :)

At Wynn you can watch a fountain show every 15 minutes. Just look out for their fountain next to the building. I took a video of that show. Will upload it later. After spending time watching the night scene i went back to my hotel by walking even though i was dead tired. Taxi will not going to send you to Senado Square because it is too near for them.

So the next morning i leave Macau. i love Macau. The city is clean and the people is nice. Not like what i expected when i read about all the negative thing in the web. You just have to go and experience it to know the truth. Don't believe what people said because they're not you.

inside Taxi on the way to the Airport. and that day the weather is fine... Sigh!!

So goodbye Macau. I'll be back :)))

Macau Flashpack trip 24 Apr - 26 Apr 2014 Part II

25 Apr - (continue) we headed to Fisherman's Wharf. This time i climb on a  paid bus No. 3A. It only cost MOP3.20 (approx. RM1.50) really cheap. i wait for a bus near my hotel which is 2 minutes walk near to Master's hotel. The ride is about 15 minutes. Climbed down as soon as you see the Huge Sands Building. The fisherman's Wharf is right opposite that building.

you'll be greeted with this view

The fisherman's Wharf is like a Theme Park. It has modelling of Rome, France, European sculpture and buildings. It is great to do a photography session here. So just enjoy the photos. (If you don't like it don't go through them. easy, right?)

I like Fisherman's Wharf. I have quite relaxing and easy walk. It is not a crowded place. Probably it will be crowded in weekends. If you out of budget and wanna have a nice photo shooting, Fisherman's Wharf Macau is a great place to be. Beside you don't have to go to Europe :)))

Macau Flashpack trip 24 Apr - 26 Apr 2014 Part I

Macau Flashpack trip 24 Apr - 26 Apr 2014 Part I

24 & 25 Apr ~ I got a ticket worth RM418 return to Macau. So on 24/04/2014 i depart from Lcct Kuala Lumpur on 12:05pm. It was Raining Heavily that morning until noon. Fortunately my flight is on time :)

Lcct is raining heavily.

i try Vegetarian Ginger Fried rice as i haven't try this one before. hurmm ... ok. not bad.

Arrived at Macau Airport at 16:05pm. Macau is cloudy when i arrived. But somehow i love it. Passed the immigration booth with a good looking officer checking on my passport :D

Arrive at Macau Airport

I didn't really know what to do or what transport should i take to go to Largo Do Senado, so i asked the Information center at the Airport how to go there. They asked me to take MT1 or MT2 buses. I asked is it a paid bus? They said yes. So i went out from the Airport but i didn't go to the public bus sign. Instead i saw Shuttle bus sign and headed there. There were Free Casino shuttle buses. So i climb the "Wynn" Casino buses as i remember i read that Wynn is situated next to Grand Lisboa and from there you can just walk to Largo Do Senado about 10 minutes time. There, i still on my budget :)

Macau is clean and beautiful city. It's known as Asian little Vegas. It got lots of Huge Casino's buildings. It also got this Strong Portuguese Influence. Even their Sign boards is written in Portuguese.

I'll be going that way across that bridge

Arrived at Wynn. Need to walk.

I was late with room online booking, so most of the cheap hotel were fully book, i wanted to stay at the old side of the city. so i ended up with Best Western Sun Sun hotel which is not that cheap but still a bargain price between expensive rates :( anyway, i would like to give a good comment about this hotel. Their Staff is very friendly and they will help you with direction and stuff. Beside they can speak English well.

My comfy bed at Best Western Sun Sun

Anyway this hotel is in a very good location. It's near to Largo Do Senado (Senado Square), Grand Lisboa and Wynn. This is where you can take free Casino shuttle bus to another Casino or you can use that Free Casino Shuttle bus to go to anywhere near to where you want to go. or you can walk about 2 minutes in front of the hotel (situated infront of Master's hotel), which i did to catch a shuttle bus to Venetian. Very convenience.
I also walk near an alley (beside my hotel) to go to Largo Do Senado in 6-8 minutes.

The Ruins of St Paul is situated at Largo Do Senado too. There are lots of sign directed you to that place. Just followed the sign.
