Melbourne, Australia Day 4 (Part II) Philips Island - Churchill Island 18/05/2012

Melbourne, Australia Day 4 (Part II) Philips Island - Churchill Island 18/05/2012 ~ From Geelong we had to drive back via Melbourne city to get to Philips Island. On the way to Philips Island, Some of us told about their encounter with Supernatural and Paranormal activities at the Geelong Cabin. They heard someone talking and make noise that night and it sound really familar because it sounds like our voices . That doesn't make sense because everyone was silent lying on their bed. That story gave me goosebumps because i was sleeping on a couch at the living hall, alone that night :O (dammit!) hahaha.

Via Melbourne City to Philips Island.

We were supposed to go via Mornington Peninsula, but the GPS brought us to another route. We passed by so many small town and the only town that still linger in my head is 'Koo Wee Rup' (cause it sounds like 'Kurap' hehe). It's really a small town, like a cowboy town (only there was no Cowboy) but we didn't stop there because we ran out of time. The view of Philips Island area is spectacular. It was cold there.

the surf shop. not interested to buy anything. so i stayed outside.

We purchased 3 parks Pass (Churchill Island, Koala Conservation and Penguin Parade). We were rushing to each Park because we were running out of time. Still some of us wanted to stop-by at surf shop to buy some t-shirts (auughh!).

Our first stop is Churchill Island. Churchill island has this some sort of Farmville view and it was amazing.

i didn't mean to make a shot at that sheep ass :D it didn't want to look at my cam hahaha

you'll get to view this before you enter the Churchill Island.

green green grass . .

I feel like i wanna jumped and rolled over the greenery grass. However we missed all the schedule for farm and other activities here. We arrived at 3:15pm and there were still sheep shearing and whip cracking activities. But it was already started so we still missed it. We only get to see the whip cracking for like 2 mins. So we just went and walk around to see the Island in a very limited time (sigh!)

sheeps that already been sheared.

Now we look surrounding the old Amess house and cottage.

manage to catch the whip carcking for like 2 mins

After that we were rushing to the Koala Conservation center. And i'll continue that in next entry...
